My sporting evolution in Trail Running
I started trail running in 2010 as an amateur, with some great results in 50km and 80km races. Building on these early performances, I persevered to improve technically and physically.
Over the seasons, I chose to reduce the distances to specialize in the vertical kilometer, mountain running and skyrunning, ideal disciplines for developing my VOâ‚‚ max and my climbing power.
Today, I thrive on marathon and 50km races, but I'm preparing to transition to 100km trails, with an eye on ultra trails. This long format, combining adventure, effort management and mountain exploration, has attracted me since I started and represents a major goal of my sporting career.
Adventures and travel in soft mobility
In line with my project at Ojos del Salado, I would like to pursue non-competitive goals, designed to push my limits in a serene and personal setting.
These challenges will take the form of FKT (Fastest Known Time) and soft mobility adventures, combining cycling, running, and perhaps other outdoor disciplines.
Beyond pure performance, these projects are part of an increasingly environmentally friendly approach and promote a sustainable approach to mountain exploration.
